As another person has said, as long as you get the degree from an accredited college, then an employer is going to respect it just as much as if it came from a "traditional" school. Actually, many of the same schools that offer traditional degrees also offer online degrees.The only problem you'd ever run into is if the school was a "diploma mill," meaning they aren't accredited and don't issue legitimate degrees.
